A soft and comfortable hoodie with a kangaroo pocket to keep your hands warm during cold winter days. The hoodie is made of a medium-thick extra soft fleece material with 85% organic cotton and 15% recycled polyester to reduce environmental impact. The hoodie comes with the classic round Vinyl Hang Ten logo, original design from the 1970s, printed on the chest.

Size:Tight fit, see size guide below. The model is 170 cm tall and is wearing a medium size.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

You can return any product from Hang Ten within 14 days of delivery. We offer free exchanges within Sweden.

Measure yourself or a product you have at home to get the right size. See the guide below for each product, measure in Centimeters (CM) per size. Example:If you measure half your waist (or full waist divided by 2) and the measure band mentions 40 cm you should pick Size Medium for the Boardshorts 15' (Icon Shorts)

Shipping policy

We send all consignments with PostNord or DHL and, if possible, delivery to the home or to the nearest delivery point.

When you shop at Hang Ten, you always have a 14-day right of exchange and open purchase.

Change to another item / items

Exchange for another item is free shipping. 

Write clearly on the order form that it is an exchange and put the order form in the package.

Use the DHL return shipping slip (attached to the package) and submit the return to the nearest DHL representative.

If the return label is missing from the package, send us an e-mail atinfo@hangtensurf.comthen we will help you.

Once we have received the return, we will refund the amount as soon as we can.

When changing, you place a new order in the web shop , then you will receive the new item faster and ensure that it is still in stock.

Note that the item you are returning must be in substantially unchanged condition. That is, unused and undamaged. 

Return item / items

Return of product (i.e. no exchange) paid by the customer himself and deducted from the total amount with SEK 49 for admin and return costs. 

Email us atinfo@hangtensurf.com  with information about alead to the return.

When we have received the item in return, reimbursement takes place within 5 working days. Please note that if there is a high load, return processing can take up to 14 days.

Returned goods must be unused and in new condition.

In all communications regarding exchanges/returns/requests, write your order number as the message subject in the email to us.

Warranty/Complaint

Any guarantees or complaints must be notified by e-mail info@hangtensurf.com before return. Returns may not be made until an agreement with Hang Ten has been made. In some cases, a photo may be enough, which means that we want to have a correspondence before the warranty case starts.
We comply with the Consumer Purchase Act and if you want to read more about which rules apply, visit www.konsumentverket.se. We will follow the General Complaints Board's recommendations in the event of a dispute.

Refund

Credit card purchases:
If you return an item that you purchased via credit card, you do not need to send an account number as the refund is made to the same account that was used for the purchase.

Packages not collected:
You have 14 days to pick up your package at the delivery point. If you do not collect the package within that time, it will be returned to us. For unclaimed packages, we deduct SEK 300 for shipping and administrative fees from the amount you will get back.
