Exchange for another item is free shipping. Email us  with information about:

1. Reason for the change.

2. Change to which item.

Use the DHL return shipping slip (attached to the package) and submit the return to the nearest DHL representative.

If the return label is missing from the package, send us an e-mail then we will help you.

Once we have received the return, we will refund the amount as soon as we can.

When changing, you place a new order in the web shop , then you will receive the new item faster and ensure that it is still in stock.

Note that the item you are returning must be in substantially unchanged condition. That is, unused and undamaged.

ATTENTION! If the price has changed on the item you intend to exchange, the price you paid at the time of ordering applies. Therefore, we do not match prices and do not refund any difference if the product you have exchanged now costs more or less. 


Credit card purchases:
If you return an item that you purchased via credit card, you do not need to send an account number as the refund is made to the same account that was used for the purchase.


When you shop at Hang Ten, you always have a 14-day right of exchange and open purchase.
