EXCHANGES, RETURNS, COMPLAINTS & REFUNDS
- 14 days open purchase
- All resizing is free the first time
- Returns after 14 days, as a customer in Sweden, you are responsible for SEK 79.
- Customers outside Sweden take care of the return shipping themselves.

- Refunds are made as soon as we have received the products back
Use the return label that came with the shipment and stick it on the package. Then you just hand it in at a DHL agent.
If the return label is missing from the package, send us an e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org then we will help you.
If it is an exchange, it is free shipping, in the case of a return, shipping including admin etc. costs SEK 79 according to our delivery conditions.
When we have received the return, we will pay back the amount as soon as we can.
When exchanging, you place a new order in the web shop, then you will receive the new item faster and ensure that it is still in stock.
If you want to cancel an order you just made, email@example.com with the order number of the order you want to stop.
If you bought an item within 14 days that is now cheaper than when you bought it, you can email our customer firstname.lastname@example.org and at best get the difference back.
DELIVERY AND SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping within Sweden is free for orders over SEK 399. Shipping normally costs SEK 39 and is added to your order at checkout. If you order for SEK 999 or more, shipping is always free, even for orders outside Sweden.
The delivery time within Sweden is 1-3 days. We send your order with PostNord or DHL and your package is delivered to your mailbox or to the nearest agent.
If your order has not arrived even though several days have passed, we will help you. First, you can check for an email from us with a tracking link to see where your package is. The link will be sent as soon as your order is dispatched from our warehouse. If you did not receive the tracking link, please contact us! Enter your order number that you received in your confirmation email when you placed your order..

- Pay easily and quickly with Apple Pay or Google Pay, the fastest transfer of all options.
- Pay with any debit or credit card via Shopify Payment, a safe and fast way to pay for your order. We accept Mastercard, Visa, Amex, Diners and several other cards.
- When you pay with PayPal, they are responsible for the return if you register on their site.
